More Information - Comparison to other vendors

Here's a quick guide on the price difference between our software and our competitors. Note: All prices were taken from the competitors websites (January 2010) or from the idealware's article "detailed reviews of low cost donor management systems (April 2009)".

Unfortunately our software was too new to make it into this article. We think our software fits a good nitch as a low cost alternative if one of these packages is either too expensive or too complicated for you to use at your organization.

In general all web-based hosted software falls in the approx. range of $30 to $100+ per user/per month. $360 to $1,200 for one year and $1800 to $6000 for 5 years. Web based software has pros and cons over traditional pc based software.

Are there other competitors out there?
Yes of course there are other competitors out in the market. Our opinion is we have much better software than any of the small players in the market. Currently our feature set is a bit smaller than some of the big players (however our price point is much smaller as well). We only ask:
- If you evaluate and rule out our software based on a missing feature, you shoot us a quick email letting us know. We will be adding features throughout 2010.
- If you want to find out how we compare with a vendor, ask us. We reviewed a good deal of packages and know which ones are good and which ones are not so good and how we stand (our pros and cons).
