Part 1 covers basic navigation, list management, basic searching/filtering, contact management, activity management, donations and pledges.

Getting Started - Part 2
Part 2 covers campaigns, events, opportunities, companies, invoices, employees, setup/options, email, letters, mailing lists, advanced filtering and reporting.
